Refund Policy
1. General Terms
All transactions use escrow protection. Funds are released only after:
- Influencer delivers content as specified
- Brand approves content within 48h
2. Refund Eligibility
For Brands:
✓ Full refund if:
- Influencer fails to deliver within agreed timeframe
- Content violates UK CAP Code (e.g., missing #Ad disclosure)
- Proven fraudulent activity
✗ No refund if:
- Brand changes requirements post-agreement
- Content is delivered as specified
For Influencers:
✓ Payment guaranteed if:
- Content meets brief requirements
- Brand doesn't respond within 48h (auto-approval)
✗ Payment withheld if:
- Violation of terms (e.g., fake engagement)
- Brand provides valid rejection evidence
3. Dispute Resolution
- Email support@bddreamer.co.uk within 7 days
- Provide:
- Campaign ID
- Screenshots/messages as evidence
- We mediate within 14 business days
4. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:
- Immediate account suspension
- £25 investigation fee
- Legal action for fraudulent claims
5. UK Consumer Rights
This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under:
- Consumer Rights Act 2015
- Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
