Refund Policy

1. General Terms

All transactions use escrow protection. Funds are released only after:

  • Influencer delivers content as specified
  • Brand approves content within 48h

2. Refund Eligibility

For Brands:

✓ Full refund if:

  • Influencer fails to deliver within agreed timeframe
  • Content violates UK CAP Code (e.g., missing #Ad disclosure)
  • Proven fraudulent activity

✗ No refund if:

  • Brand changes requirements post-agreement
  • Content is delivered as specified

For Influencers:

✓ Payment guaranteed if:

  • Content meets brief requirements
  • Brand doesn't respond within 48h (auto-approval)

✗ Payment withheld if:

  • Violation of terms (e.g., fake engagement)
  • Brand provides valid rejection evidence

3. Dispute Resolution

  1. Email support@bddreamer.co.uk within 7 days
  2. Provide:
    • Campaign ID
    • Screenshots/messages as evidence
  3. We mediate within 14 business days

4. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • £25 investigation fee
  • Legal action for fraudulent claims

5. UK Consumer Rights

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under:

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015
  • Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
